Hilbish Design orders will be shipped in the order they are received. Some items like amps, preamps, and pedals my have a lead time and will be noted in the product description. Orders will be shipped via Fedex or USPS. Hilbish Design can not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address, any returned items will not be shipped until additional shipping and handling charges are paid in full.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If you are not able to check out because your country in not listed as a country we ship to, please email us and we can add your country to the shipping list.
All international customers are responsible for all shipping, customs, and import taxes and fees. All orders will be shipped via USPS priority mail or UPS International Express. Hilbish Design can not be held responsible for shipping damage caused by international couriers. Shipping for any warranty repairs is the responsibility of the end customer.
WARRANTY
All products are warranted against manufacturing defects for up to 1 year from the ship date. All warranty returns must be approved by Hilbish Design. Any alteration or modification of the original product voids manufacturer warranty. Returns are not accepted without an RMA number; see below for process on returns.
